Consultation sessions at Liyana & Co. have been restructured to ensure:
- Only serious and prepared clients are given priority
- Lawyers’ time is used optimally
- Clients gain clarity, not just general opinions
- We now offer two tiers of consultation according to your level of seriousness and needs.
🔹 TIER 1: "FILTER & FIRST AID" CONSULTATION
To help you get initial clarity and determine your first step.
(A) Quick Session (15 min)
⚪ Format: Phone Call Only
⚪ Focus: Minor issue / brief review
⚪ Fee: RM*** (payable before session)
(B) Strategy Session (25 min)
⚪ Format: Google Meet / Face-to-Face
⚪ Focus: Major issue + document review (max 5 pages)
⚪ Fee: RM***
⚪ BONUS: If a file is opened within 5 days, this fee will be deducted from the full legal cost.
🏆 TIER 2: PREMIUM STRATEGIC SESSION
For clients who are serious about planning their next legal move professionally.
(C) Premium Tactical Session (45 min)
⚪ Format: Google Meet / Face-to-Face
⚪ Includes: Written documentation (1-page legal summary)
⚪ Fee:

About This Session
Understand the law before you need to use it.
This one-hour group session is designed for women who want to understand the basics of hibah, faraid, and estate planning — without the pressure of a private consultation and without the full consultation fee. One hour. Together with participants who have the same questions as you.

Session Details
⚪ Fee : RM49 per person
⚪ Payable upon registration — spot not guaranteed until payment received
⚪ Minimum pax : 8 persons
⚪ Maximum pax : 20 persons
⚪ Format : Google Meet (1 Hour)
How It Works
- Register & Pay : Secure your seat by registering and paying RM49. Your spot is not guaranteed until payment is received.
We Confirm Minimum Pax : Sessions are tentatively scheduled during the first or last week of each month. If a minimum of 8 seats are filled by that date, the session will be confirmed and you will be notified of the exact date and time via WhatsApp or email.
Join the Session : Join the Google Meet on the confirmed date. Bring your questions — this is not a one-way lecture.
Bonus
✦ BONUS : Book a 1-on-1 consultation within 7 days of the group session — and your RM49 will be deducted directly from the consultation fee.
If Minimum Pax Is Not Reached : If the session does not reach 8 participants, you will receive a full refund — and a special rate for a 1-on-1 consultation.
🔐 FAQ FOR CLIENTS:
1. How do I book a session?
Fill in the intake form first. Only qualified clients will be given a payment link and session date.
2. Can I request a price estimate directly?
We only provide quotations after your matter has been professionally reviewed.
3. Can I ask questions via DM/WhatsApp?
No. All questions will only be answered in official paid consultation sessions.

🔒 TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CONSULTATION:
Appointment & Scheduling
Consultation sessions are only provided through confirmed appointments. Slots will be scheduled on working days (Monday – Friday) based on mutual availability.
Lawyer–Client Relationship
Advice given in these sessions is general in nature and does not form a lawyer–client relationship, unless there is a formal written appointment.
Identity Verification
For verification purposes, you are required to provide a clear copy of your identification card (front & back) or passport before the session begins.
Information Responsibility
Advice will only be based on information you disclose during the session. We are not responsible for any information withheld or undisclosed, whether intentionally or not.
Limited Slots
Daily slots are limited and will be scheduled in order. If slots are full, you will be placed on the waiting list for the next available session.
Time Limits & Post-Session Communication
Any queries after the session will not be entertained unless you have booked and paid for a follow-up consultation session.
Appointment Postponement
Any postponement must be notified at least 2 hours before the session time. Late postponements or no-shows without notice will be considered cancelled without a refund.
Documents & Review
Documents (maximum 5 pages) will only be reviewed in 25-minute sessions or longer. If time is insufficient for a full explanation, the session will end, and the client may choose to book an extended session.
Number of Attendees
A maximum of two (2) people are allowed per session. For additional attendees, you must inform us and obtain prior approval.
Cancellations & Forfeited Fees
Cancellations are not allowed for any reason. However, you are permitted to postpone a session up to two times only. Failure to attend after two postponements will result in forfeiture of payment.
Incomplete / Incorrect Payment
If payment made does not match the required amount, it will be considered incomplete, and the session will not be scheduled until the balance is fully settled.
No refunds will be issued for partial or incorrect payments unless with written consent from Liyana & Co.
