Ramai usahawan ambil pekerja “janji lisan” saja. Nampak mudah, tapi bila pekerja tu cabut tanpa notis, atau lebih teruk — bocorkan rahsia syarikat kepada pesaing — barulah rasa parah. Kontrak kerja lindungi employer dan pekerja. Ia jelas tentang gaji, cuti, notis berhenti, dan juga confidentiality. Tanpa kontrak, bos yang akan rugi dulu.

Some business owners hire staff with just verbal promises. It seems easier — until the employee leaves without notice, or worse, leaks confidential business information to a competitor. An employment contract protects both employer and employee. It clarifies salary, leave, notice period, and confidentiality. Without it, you’re leaving yourself exposed.
