STRATEGIC CONSULTATION SYSTEM (PRIVATE INFO)

💼 LATEST CONSULTATION STRATEGY

Consultation sessions at Liyana & Co. have been restructured to ensure:

  • Only serious and prepared clients are given priority
  • Lawyers’ time is used optimally
  • Clients gain clarity, not just general opinions
  • We now offer two tiers of consultation according to your level of seriousness and needs.

🔹 TIER 1: "FILTER & FIRST AID" CONSULTATION

To help you get initial clarity and determine your first step.

(A) Quick Session (15 min)
▪️ Format: Phone Call Only
▪️ Focus: Minor issue / brief review
▪️ Fee: RM*** (payable before session)

(B) Strategy Session (25 min)
▪️ Format: Google Meet / Face-to-Face
▪️ Focus: Major issue + document review (max 5 pages)
▪️ Fee: RM***
▪️ BONUS: If a file is opened within 5 days, this fee will be deducted from the full legal cost.

🏆 TIER 2: PREMIUM STRATEGIC SESSION

For clients who are serious about planning their next legal move professionally.

(C) Premium Tactical Session (45 min)
▪️ Format: Google Meet / Face-to-Face
▪️ Includes: Written documentation (1-page legal summary)
▪️ Fee:
 RM*** (Zoom)
 RM*** (Face-to-Face)
 RM*** (with written plan)

▪️ BONUS: If a file is opened within 5 days, this fee may also be deducted from the full legal cost (subject to approval and case scope).

🔐 FAQ FOR CLIENTS:

1. How do I book a session?
Fill in the intake form first. Only qualified clients will be given a payment link and session date.

2. Can I request a price estimate directly?
We only provide quotations after your matter has been professionally reviewed.

3. Can I ask questions via DM/WhatsApp?
No. All questions will only be answered in official paid consultation sessions.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 GROUP CONSULTATION OPTION (HIBAH/ESTATE PLANNING)

For participants who want to understand the basics of hibah, inheritance (faraid), estate management & wealth planning without the pressure of a private session.

(D) Group Consultation Session (1 hour)
▪️ Format: Online (Google Meet) with other participants
▪️ Topics: Basics of hibah, faraid risks, and property ownership strategies
▪️ Fee: RM** per person (advance payment, limited seats)
▪️ Suitable for: Women with assets who want to understand the law before meeting a lawyer 1-on-1
▪️ BONUS: RM** discount if the participant joins a 1-on-1 session within 7 days after the group session

🔒 TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CONSULTATION:

✅ Appointment & Scheduling
Consultation sessions are only provided through confirmed appointments. Slots will be scheduled on working days (Monday – Friday) based on mutual availability.

⚖️ Lawyer–Client Relationship
Advice given in these sessions is general in nature and does not form a lawyer–client relationship, unless there is a formal written appointment.

🚧 Identity Verification
For verification purposes, you are required to provide a clear copy of your identification card (front & back) or passport before the session begins.

📆 Information Responsibility
Advice will only be based on information you disclose during the session. We are not responsible for any information withheld or undisclosed, whether intentionally or not.

🕓 Limited Slots
Daily slots are limited and will be scheduled in order. If slots are full, you will be placed on the waiting list for the next available session.

🕗 Time Limits & Post-Session Communication
Any queries after the session will not be entertained unless you have booked and paid for a follow-up consultation session.

🔔 Appointment Postponement
Any postponement must be notified at least 2 hours before the session time. Late postponements or no-shows without notice will be considered cancelled without a refund.

📄 Documents & Review
Documents (maximum 5 pages) will only be reviewed in 25-minute sessions or longer. If time is insufficient for a full explanation, the session will end, and the client may choose to book an extended session.

👥 Number of Attendees
A maximum of two (2) people are allowed per session. For additional attendees, you must inform us and obtain prior approval.

❌ Cancellations & Forfeited Fees
Cancellations are not allowed for any reason. However, you are permitted to postpone a session up to two times only. Failure to attend after two postponements will result in forfeiture of payment.

💳 Incomplete / Incorrect Payment
If payment made does not match the required amount, it will be considered incomplete, and the session will not be scheduled until the balance is fully settled.
No refunds will be issued for partial or incorrect payments unless with written consent from Liyana & Co.
